At The Teeze, we believe in Slow Fashion. This means your item doesn’t exist until you order it. By printing every piece specifically for you, we avoid the massive textile waste of traditional retail and ensure your garment is fresh off the press.
The "Perfect Fit" Guarantee
Because every item is custom-printed to your specifications, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size or changing your mind. To ensure you get the perfect fit the first time:
- Check the Size Guide: We have a detailed size chart guide at the bottom of our web page.
- Pro Tip: Measure your favourite t-shirt at home and compare it to our specs. Our Stanley/Stella Creator blanks are a "Retail Fit"—if you prefer a baggy look, we always recommend sizing up.
If It’s Not Right, We’ll Fix It.
We take immense pride in our quality, but if the "Void" stares back a bit too hard and something goes wrong, we’ve got you covered. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund if:
- Manufacturing Defects: The item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.
- Order Errors: We sent you the wrong size, colour, or design by mistake.

Please do not return items to us unless our team specifically asks you to do so.
Shipping Times
Since we print-to-order in the UK, please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched. Once it’s on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey from the press to your door.
