How We Work.

The Teeze operates on a Zero Waste model. We don't have a warehouse full of dusty stock waiting to be sold.

When you place an order, we print that specific item just for you in our UK studio. This eliminates the massive textile waste of traditional fashion, but it means our shipping and returns process looks a little different.

Shipping Times.

Because your item is made-to-order, please allow time for us to create it.

  • Production: 3-5 Business Days (Printing & Quality Check).
  • Shipping: 2-3 Days (Royal Mail Tracked).
  • The Wait: Good things take time. You aren't buying fast fashion; you're buying a future vintage piece.

Returns & Exchanges (The "Measure Twice" Rule).

Because every single item is custom-printed to your specific requirements, we cannot offer returns or exchanges if you choose the wrong size or change your mind.

Please Check the Specs: We have provided detailed measurements on every product page. Grab your favorite tee, measure it flat, and compare it to our chart. If you are unsure, Size Up for a relaxed fit.

The Quality Guarantee.

While we can't swap sizes, we stick by our quality 100%.

If the "Void" stares back a little too hard and your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it immediately for free.

How to claim:

  1. Email us: contact@teeze.co.uk (within 4 days).
  2. Snap a photo: Show us the defect clearly.
  3. Sit tight: We will fast-track a reprint and ship it to you. No need to return the damaged item.
