Our Policy: Made-to-Order Quality Guarantee

Every item from Teeze is custom-printed just for you by our partners in the UK only after you place an order. Because we are an environmentally conscious, made-to-order business, we do not hold inventory and cannot offer refunds or exchanges for simple buyer's remorse (e.g., ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or choosing the wrong color).

You are responsible for checking the size guides before purchase.


We Always Replace If:

We will happily send you a free replacement or issue a full refund if your order meets any of the following criteria:

  1. The Product is Faulty or Damaged: The item arrived misprinted, damaged, or otherwise defective.

  2. The Product is Incorrect: The item received is not the size, color, or style you ordered.

How to Report a Problem:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Email us at theteezeinfo@gmail.com with the subject line "ORDER ISSUE – [Your Order Number]".

  • Crucial: Include clear photographs of the defect or the incorrect item.

We will review the photos and immediately arrange for a free reprint and reshipment at no cost to you. Please do not send items back to us unless instructed.
