At The Teeze, we don't have a dusty warehouse full of mass-produced shirts waiting to be bought. Every single item is Made-to-Order. When you click buy, our printers in the UK get to work creating your shirt fresh.
This means zero waste, better quality control, and a product that hasn't been sitting in a plastic bag for 6 months.
The Timeline (How long will it take?)
Because we print on demand, please allow for the following:
- Production Time: 3–5 Business Days. (This is the time it takes to print, quality check, and pack your gear).
- Shipping Time (UK): 2–3 Business Days via Royal Mail Tracked.
Total Estimated Wait: You should typically have your order in 6–8 Working Days.
Tracking
As soon as your shirt leaves the press, you'll receive a Royal Mail tracking link so you can follow its journey to your door.
Returns & Quality
If your shirt arrives damaged or the print isn't perfect, let us know immediately. Since we are a small UK business, we fix issues personally. Just email us at theteezeinfo@gmail.com and we’ll sort it.
